Vacation Rentals Module

The WebAdmin Vacation Rental module provide clients the opportunity to have a custom designed website that represents their business and also provides web access to all of their rental properties.  We require Website Manager be installed before you can add the Vacation Rentals module to your site.

  1. Property Search - Ability to search all properties in inventory. Search by the following criteria:
    1. Location
    2. Maximum Capacity
    3. Bedrooms
    4. Minimum/Maximum Price
    5. Property ID
    6. Parking
    7. Amemnities
      1. Kitchen (i.e. Microwave, Dishwasher)
      2. Activities (i.e. Fishing, Golf, Shopping)

  1. Photo Slideshow - Interactive property photo slideshow using photos uploaded by property owner or management company

  2. Google Maps - Interactive Google Maps are provided on every property listing. Maps can be made to show all properties in inventory.

  3. Contact Form - Allow website visitors to contact property owners directly from their property listings without exposing the property owner’s email address.

  4. Additional Property Contacts - Alternate property contacts can be assigned to individual properties. For example, if you own three houses and you would like to be contacted when someone submits an inquiry about your homes in Vail, but when someone submits an inquiry about your home in San Diego you would like the message to be sent directly to your property management representative in California.

  5. Multiple Properties - Property owners can manage one or more properties.  Add an unlimited number or properties to your account.

  6. Rate Periods - Set separate nightly, weekly, monthly and annual rates for unlimited number of rate periods (i.e. Fall, Winter, Christmas / New Years Holiday, Spring, Memorial Weekend, Summer, Labor Day Weekend)

  7. Upload Photos - Property Photo Upload (ten photos, 4MB size limit).  Thumbnail (small) images are automatically created when larger images are uploaded.  The large photos are displayed in the slideshow while thumbnail images are displayed on the property overview page and search resullts.

  8. Guest Testimonials Form - Allow renters to provide feedback following their stay

  9. Sitemap - Automatically generated index of all properties for search engine optimization

  10. Added Server Space - 250 MB of extra web server storage in addition to the base server space included with Website Manager. 250 MB is suitable for approximately 300 individual properties.  Additional storage space for photos, video, audio or other media can be added if necessary.  This provides adequate storage space for approximately 3,000 properly sized detailed photos and their respective thumbnails.
